The car
The 1969 Camaro is the longest and the widest of the first generation, with the deep-set grille, the V-shaped bonnet and the fender lines that were restyled again before the year was out. The SS 350 sat above the base car and below the 396: a 350 cu in small-block with a four-barrel, 300 hp, and the same F41 suspension and 12-bolt rear axle in the heavier applications.
